Decentralization is a system property, not a slogan.

Bitcoin demonstrates durable, open network coordination, while mining-pool concentration remains a meaningful pressure point for block production and transaction selection. Zeer0 studies ways to reduce structural concentration through accessible participation, independently constructed proposals, and cryptographic verification.

Claims about security or decentralization require measured, public evidence. Current Zeer0 materials are research and local validation artifacts, not a live-network performance claim.
